My Plan My plan is to record my progress each day for hurdling and track my improvements and faults over a 12 week period of time.

My GoalMy goal for this project is to push my limits athletically and see how far I can go. I want to better myself physically and see if this can help me out with managing my time on and off the track.

Final ProjectMy final project will consist of a presentation of my progress from this spring track season. I will have a spreadsheet of my status on and off the field concerning my health and improvements on the track with my times.
